How does one survive and thrive as a psychologist for decades?  How does one develop a meaningful, fulfilling career while managing the demands of work as a psychologist and one’s personal life?  Our presenters are three seasoned and successful psychologists who have developed interesting and sustaining careers of their own, including mentoring and supporting junior psychologists.  The panel discussion format allows for each presenter to provide examples and advice from their own careers, discuss issues of professional development and self-care amongst each other, and engage in discussions with the audience.  Topics will include work/life balance, creating a specialty, boundaries, self-care and burn-out.  This CE will provide ECPs with tools to help them proactively position themselves for a fruitful, long-term, and gratifying career.
